IPM Fellow Contribution Record

As part of IPM Membership requirements, Fellows are required to accumulate 2500 CPD points annually in order to retain membership, alongside submitting evidence of a significant contribution(s) to the place management industry.

In October 2009 Fellows were contacted with the news that the IPM Board had decided that CPD points requirements should decrease from the original 4500 to 2500 under the condition that individuals submit evidence of a contribution to the industry, this could include; conference presentations, journal article(s) submission, mentoring etc, in fact anything that adds to the body of place management knowledge or aids the learning & development of others in the industry.

The Institute has developed the CPD Contribution Record for you to submit your contributions to the industry. This form will work alongside the monthly CPD Mail and the CPD Self Assessment Forms to help you as Members meet CPD requirements and contribute to the professionalisation of the sector.
