Following the success of the Big City BIDs Conference in Manchester in April, The BID Foundation is pleased to be working in conjunction with Liverpool BID Company to bring BID practitioners together for its third conference in the fabulous British Music Experience, which is 10 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street station.

Under the Chatham House Rule, BID practitioners are invited to discuss key topics, share their experiences and build a stronger national network.

The conference will focus on four key themes:

  • The role of BIDs and the delivery of Destination Management Organisations
  • Culture and the arts - how BIDs breathing life into cities and maintaining a balanced strategy
  • Board governance and developing effective practices
  • The evolution of BIDs and their support of central security and street operations

This event is free to attend for The BID Foundation Members and includes entry to the British Music Experience exhibition, which tells the story of British Music through costumes, instruments, performance and memorabilia.
