Certificates were awarded to most of the 19 market managers and officers who successfully completed the Diploma in Market Administration at the Nabma Annual Conference in Stratford-upon-Avon today (pictured above after the award event).

The Diploma, which covers communications, the law, and practical operations, has now been successfully completed by over 100 people, each of whom has completed three assignments on the topics covered. The course is delivered and assessed by the National Association of British Market Authorities in collaboration with the Institute.

The next course starts on 6th and 7th March in Derby and is already heavily subscribed. Two further two day sessions follow in late March and April.

"I want to congratulate all who have completed the Diploma and recognise the hard work they have put in. Though it was a challenge, they tell me they enjoyed it and I hope this means some of them will want to continue their studies by joining us for one of the postgraduate courses in Place Management and Leadership" said IPM Director, Simon Quin, who joined Nabma President Chris Rosling Joseph and Allan Hartwell of sponsors Market Place in making the awards.
