Retail and BID consultant to work with TBF Executive on delivery of key representation and advice services to members

Belfast City Council have recently implemented the Future Ctiy Centre Fund Programme which has aimed to tackle vacancy rates in the city centre.  This case study focuses on the achievements and challenges of the project.

We are looking within the IPM membership for a high calibre consultant who has extensive knowledge of Business Improvement Districts to provide capacity to TBF to ensure compliance with its 2022/3 delivery plan and increase membership. Part of the role is also required to liaise with current TBF members to ensure continued support to the group.

The BID Foundation (TBF) has informed the Home Office that it does not support any future expansion of the late night levy, the discretionary power enabling licensing authorities in England and Wales to collect financial contributions from businesses that sell alcohol at night.
